BEL ART AWARD PROGRAM - RULES

Please read all the rules and criteria before submit ARt sites for review.

THE RULES

Artists can directly apply for the art award through the provided application form or I can award an art site I personally visited and found eligible to win.
No one under the age of 13 must apply for this award.
Only sites in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Sites written in other languages must provide an English version.
Only winner artists will be notified via email.
Upon acceptance of their art award, the winner artists will receive an art award graphic and his URL will be added to the BEL ART AWARD winner artists list.
It is mandatory to display the award you won on your site by linking it to http://pwp.netcabo.pt/penha.graca/ .
Winner artists who don't display the award on the site's pages shouldl be removed from the winner artists list.
If you don't win you are welcome to submit your application again if you have made significant changes and improvements to your pages.

DISQUALIFIERS

Please no pornography, propaganda, politics, racism, spam, gambling, dialler sites, hacking activities or anything else that can be considered offensive by common sense, or illegal by international laws.
Only non profit art related pages. Commercial art sites must offer also some valuable original and useful free art resources to their visitors.
Don't submit portals or sites containing only links to external resources.
Personal sites must offer art related content.
No wrong or dead URLs .
No automated response to your application returning an invalid address .

CRITERIA

Artists sites must present their original artworks in a pleasant, layout.
Artists own creations should be valued.
A professionally made web site with all the top technologies and design wonders but poor quality artworks is penalized . Otherwise, Bel Art Web Project value a simple site presenting great artworks .
Artworks must be impressive in creativity, originality and technique.
All artistist expressions are welcome: paintings, sculpture, ceramics, drawing, photography, digital painting, poetry, architectural design, etc.
No self promotion. Just objective presentation of the artists work.

Upon acceptance of their art award, the winner artists will receive an art award graphic and his URL will be added to the BEL ART AWARD winner artists list.
